What will 2008 bring for Mischa Barton?

Tis the season to get a DUI and drive without a valid driver's license?  Hmmmmmmm..... maybe?  Perhaps in 2008 Mischa Barton will return to being an actress?  Isn't that why we know her?  Actually, why do we know her?  Is she part of the Ramada Inn dynasty?  Is she the adopted daughter of Billy Joel who doesn't choose to eat?  Is she a manufactured pop star?  Can't remember.  Do you know?
