The word "genius" gets thrown around a little too easily in my opinion but I'd say it certainly fits John Galliano's creations. And if there is a thin line between genius and insanity, clearly Mr Galliano obliterated that line when he pelted a couple seated by him at La Perle with: "I love Hilter" and "People like you would be dead. Your mothers, your forefathers, would all be f****** gassed." Yikers! I created a new emsemble which better matches that rant.
Sorry.

OMG! That's brilliant!

I've really been taken aback by all the fashionistas (designers, press, etc) who have just commented on how 'sad' they are this happened. They are very quick to mention he is very talented. As if that is some excuse or reason to let this one go.
Did this idiot not know Hitler killed gay people right along side the jews?

He was drunk when he said that... being extreme and said it with humour. Unlike any other gay man in the world!!!!!
Hilter never circumcised a single infant male...somehow this disgusting act is still legal! Where are the leaders to go to jail for allowing that to be done to infants.

Some kinds of verbal assaults and bigotry, we abhor and lash out against.
Other types, we accept and pass over every day.
Often, the best victims are also the loudest and most virulent bigots.
There is a lot of hypocrisy in all of this.
No offense intended towards Gilmore or his article/image. This is just a general point about bigotry in the US.
