My good buddy Justin Rudd organizes more events than I can even begin to list here. If you click on his name, you'll see the vast array of events he produces and you may wonder how in the world one person can do so many things. My personal favorite would be his Halloween Dog Parade which is coordinated thru his Haute Dogs organization and it celebrated their 10th year this past sunday. 500 costumed dogs and their owners participated in said event. 500! I love dogs, I love Halloween, I love costumes and this event had all that and more. Win, win, win, win, woof, woof, woof, woof. The photos I took with my phone basically stunk so I lifted these from the Haute Dogs site and if you click on that link, you'll see plenty more.
I gotta lead with the most beautiful bulldog in the world which belongs to Justin and his partner Ralph. I give you Riley....
That face! That beautiful face! And here's some of my other faves.
I could post 100 more photos here very easily. It's pretty fun stuff. Definitely check out Justin's site and if you're in the Long Beach, CA area you should attend one of his million and one events.

I dressed my labradoodle, Temple, as Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader, as I have a wild fixation with them. Ever watch "Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the team"? It's rich. I LOVE dogs as well, I wish we had something like this here in Northern Colorado but the closest we get is a convoy of cattle trucks to the slaughterhouse. Which just makes me cry. Kind of not the same.
