True story..... while my boyfriend and I guzzled happy hour cocktails and stimulated the go-go boy economy in a West Hollywood bar over the weekend, about half a mile away my two reality TV muses Vicki Gunvalson and Ramona Singer were lady lunching and engaging in some light lesbian action. Please click on that link and you'll see what I mean. It's simply too much to fathom that only six blocks away those darlings of the small screen were pressing their lips together in such a hot (?) manner. You go girls! I don't know how many dollar bills me and my guy lovingly placed in those go-go boys undies, but I can say with certainty that I'd have tipped Ramona and Vicki twice as much. That's priceless entertainment.
As I clicked through the photos of the various Real Housewives who gathered in LA for Bravo's A-List Awards, I just couldn't stay away from the photos of Miss Woo-Hoo and The Maven. Specifically, I kept coming back to this photo of those wacky gals side by side. It's just magic. And as such, I had to draw it.
It's pen on paper with some digital color and my approval. I just hope Ramona filled Vicki's love tank.

All of those pictures were mesmerizing. It was fascinating/confusing to see real-life sized Housewives standing next to each other for perspective. Vicki looks tall! Nene is an Amazon Warrior Priestess! Lisa Wu is a little person! Gretchen's dress was ... er ... unflattering.

I love the picture of Ramona and Vicki, you really captured Ramona's snaggle tooth. Sometimes she looks pretty and sometimes not so much. I wonder when you think back to that afternonn did your sixth sense try to speak to you, to tell you the trifecta of CRAZY - ATL, OC & NYC- housewives where in your airspace. Maybe it did but the superhuman powers of hot go-go boys took control.

OMG, my fantasy is coming true! Vicki & Ramona, together at last! Hopefully Prop H8 will be thrown out soon in Cali so that those two lovebirds can dump their hubbys and get gay married. Now THAT would be an awesome Bravo show! ;-)

OMG did u see last nights episode. I was waiting with bated breath for the Ramona freakout and she didnt explode. I cant wait to read ur recap and see ur drawings. LuMann pushing the title on those young sistas. My heart broke when she told that poor lil girl she has plenty of time to lose weight so she can become a model. The look on the teacher's face was priceless. You should draw that.

OMG!!! My worst nightmare/prediction come to life. The Real Housewives are just full of these homosocial moments of heretosexual lady panics. Do you ever notice how often they compare boobs and touch each others' girls? I'm just saying. Speaking of homosexual unions, SILEX: Alex is starting to grow on me, even Simon was a good sport last night. The CoUNTess's magnanimous visit to the proletarian teens at the housing project (near my house) was priceless. She is such a bitch, and the young women were so incredibly patient with her, far more polite than LeAnn knows how to be, maybe they should be writing the etiquette book? When she told they one young woman to lose weight I was HORRIFIED. Honestly, I am still recovering from the shock and cognitive dissonance created by photos of Housewives from different cities in joint photographs. And I have serious PTSD from just a 30-minute preview of the New Jersey version. I eagerly await your brilliant drawings and insights about that hot mess!
